
Hana, Hawaii – I’m into fish and chicken mostly so it’s always calming when you go to a restaurant and see that they can accommodate you with your personal diet plan. This was an Ahi Burger and all of their burgers come on a brioche bun, french fries, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles.

The star of the show were the pickled onions that really brought out the juices of the fish. Often times, when eating Marlin, it can be dry depending on how long it was cooked, etc.

The sandwich? The disposition of the Ahi was perfect, and the pickled onions really did it for me with this sandwich. Unforgettable is how I would describe it, seeing as how this was back in March this year.
